symplr has a lot of great things going for it, but we also have equally as many problems going against us. We have done a great job of acquiring companies, but we MUST do a better job of standardizing and bringing this all together. We have too many longstanding unresolved issues.

I feel supported by the exec team. I know they will have my back when internal or external barriers arise.

The team has a great attitude. I have been at places that are very negative that ruin productivity. Our team is very optimistic.

We are losing top performers, because of lack of accountability for poor performance and outstanding performance is being recognized overall. Specific awards like JEDI address this, but that does little for putting our stars in leadership. More promotions for top talent.
