There are a lot of good people here whom i am honored to work with but the culture is mostly fake for the greater public consumption. Our execs do not live by the values we profess, generally.

Everyone knows about our credit downgrade and financial issues, yet we don't ever even acknowledge that in meetings. Further, most associates know you are trying hard to sell the company. This creates a cultural mess from the odd behaviors you exhibit dealing with the situation.
