Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been here a very long time, and I have grown in my role. This is the first company that truly allowed upward growth in the directions I felt drawn to. Alkami does not box us in, or limit our sphere of influence and knowledge.

you are never just a number. your ideas matter and people listen and respect your thoughts and experience

they seem to be driving the business forward in the right direction, yet still care about our work/life balance

Never feel like a number. I know that even though my role is an individual contributor, that I could talk to a C-Level if I needed to.

My team is driven, and really take ownership in the company's success.. but we also know how to have fun. I've worked at Alkami for over 5 years and the team is like a second family.

Forward thinking, but still very human. even when I was an individual contributor I would regularly speak with C level executives on important issues. They really care, and try to stay grounded and treat their employees with respect, and not like a number
