I enjoy working with everyone. The work has always been challenging due to the fast growth of the company but is very rewarding. I really look forward to seeing the company continue to grow but in more meaningful ways so that the work we do becomes easier and more efficient.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has generally been great. However, the last few years have been challenging for me in advancing my career within the company. I also believe the company is going through a difficult time achieving its goals, which is reflected in mixed performance on Wall Street.

A more accurate assessment of pay versus job responsibilities and to ensure the responsibilities are realistic and achievable within a standard 40 hour work week.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a sense of accomplishment and knowing that the work I perform matters. Being appreciated and rewarded for my work is also a key factor.

They truly care about the well-being of others and their success. They also care about the quality of their work and delivering what the customer needs.

Knowing that my contributions have a direct impact on the success of our clients and Alkami. I also enjoy the time I get to spend with my colleagues.

The people are what make Alkami great. It is a community of people who share common goals and are all vested in the success of the company. The result is everyone is willing to help across all levels of the organization.
