Since joining, I have been warmly welcomed and supported by colleagues, and I very much enjoy being part of my team. Management is great at listening and responding quickly to ideas, concerns, and suggested priorities, and the conditions are in place to do excellent work.

The team members have quite diverse backgrounds and professional/life experiences, so it's always good to hear their different views on solving particular issues. And everyone is always happy to help with any queries.

Our team has a very diverse set of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives, which enable us to approach (and share) problems and solutions effectively, in a variety ways. Everyone is friendly and collegial, and always willing to help/support where needed.

I appreciate the benefits package as a whole, including health insurance etc. What really makes it stand out from many other packages is the ability to give time and regular donations - including matched donations from the company - to charities/causes I care about.
