I came in as an intern/co-op at an FC with no other interns; however, the leadership team immediately made me feel welcomed and gave me responsibilities. I found a love for the ecommerce and sports industry and a team that I enjoy working with. I am excited to (hopefully) continue with Fanatics!

Teamwork - we really do all work as a team and help support each other. Also DTO contributes so much to a positive work culture.

I love the terminology that we use that reflects sports. Teams, athletes, coaching, wins/losses, etc. They contribute to the branding and culture of teamwork and make it seem like a game with high stakes.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I feel valued in my role as I contribute important work to my team; however, the verbal recognition does not match the monetary compensation. Hopefully it does if/when I become exempt because I love my work!

We have 2/3 phenomenal OM's who work hard, long hours and are really devoted to their jobs. Recognition is engrained in the culture and makes people feel valued. We have a fun, light-hearted dynamic and have positive relationships.

What makes me the most happy is seeing my projects make another person's job easier or the overall operation more efficient. When the benefits are recognized, I feel like I have done my job well and it encourages me to keep working hard.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
The leadership team makes me feel valued both personally and by what I present professionally. They give good feedback and do not hesitate to praise and recognize. Their previous leadership experience in the military is inspiring and clearly impacts how they lead my team.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
What makes me the most happy is when I implement a process improvement or have an idea that my team is excited about. Making the fulfillment teams job easier is my goal and when they see and recognize a positive change, I am happy.
Quali sono alcune delle cose migliori della tuo team?
My engineering team is very collaborative and supportive of each other. They community is great and we all enjoy meetings for comradery. My team at the FC (with the exception of a couple supervisors) are so dedicated. They work long hours and still put in the strong worth ethic.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Compared to other companies who are hiring people from my school/major with my experience, I am getting paid below the average. Especially considering the amount of work I do comparatively. The team and industry make up for some of it, but I would be less inclined to look elsewhere if it was better.
