I like fanatics as a great business but since they are not public I don't get rewarded for them being a great business. Initially my experience was great at Fanatics but in last few years it has become very bad. Some of the VPs just push their teams and do not care about people well being.

It used to be positive a few years back but first they took the paid time off away and then started piling work without and finally started expecting results very fast without any logic.

1.Reduce the number of complex projects to be delivered in year. 2.Hire and Retain good people in the same timezone. 3.Do not reward micro-managers. 4.Ask VPs to really mean what they say and they should either genuinely care about people or stop pretending that.

Buy back more stock from us so that we are not locked in. It doesn't look like Fanatics is ever going IPO. Also Stop paying people in Jacksonville so less compared to rest of the country. C level people in fanatics need to get in touch with the real economy, how expensive it's out there.

Stop pushing so many things at one time. We don't have enough people and managers to finish things. There's too much anxiety in our brain due to fanatics wanting to do lots of things with very little people.
