Leadership team has good vision for future roadmaps. But there are gaps between Employee and leadership. Need to fill the gaps.

Salaries are not par with market conditions. Market corrections are only done for Dev teams but not other teams which is not a good sign for Employee where Company is not taking care of his Employees.
Need to check with other companies offering with same experience and need improvement over benefits. Many are unsatisfied with benefits that are coming with company. Please take a look or need a survey what exactly should improve/ammend the facilities for the benefit of employees
For Namesake company giving unlimited DTO. Just want to know Average DTO across the company? My view should not greater that 20 days per year. Change it to limited DTO so that Employee and Employer should have clear understanding. Employee can take his leaves without any hassle
Various reasons are there. For India coming to Office is really big challenge facing the traffic . Depends on traffic sometimes it will take 1 hour to reach less than 5 kilometers which really impact my work due to that. As Company always encourages WFH as comfort option.
