There's an issue with overwork here. I'm working 12+ hours on average with the expectation of being on call weekends. My phone never stops. There's no end in sight. We (Fanatics) have got to get better at not burning people to the ground. We talk a good game on work life balance and don't deliver.
They communicate our corporate goals effectively
We are a very collaborative team
I am consistently challenged each day and maintain a learners mindset. It's very fast-paced but I feel supported
I am paid fairly and my medical benefits are adequate. Everything could always be better, but I currently have no complaints
I work with a terrific group of people. They are all at the top of their game and represent best in class
They are paying new hires just under what I make and I've been with the company for a long time. It's unfair to long-term employees
Fanatics talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. Everyone I've spoken to works CONSTANTLY - even on PTO. 12+hours days are the norm, expectations to be "on call" over the weekend, there is no disconnect from this. I feel like Fanatics really doesn't care if they burn people to the ground.
