
I function pretty far outside the realm of C-suite leadership, but my perception has always been that HealthStream is led by genuinely nice people who appreciate their employees.
As with the leadership, my team is full of genuinely nice people. There is no competition among team members. We're all just working toward a common goal. Everyone is always willing to help with projects and/or share knowledge.
Delivering a product that truly helps medical professionals do their jobs better. The nitty-gritty details of my job have nothing to do with care giving or practicing medicine. But I never lose sight of the end users who are interacting with patients.
