This is a great company it’s not the workers it’s the management it starts there first then supervisors if they don’t care how you think the workers gone care as well this production floor is a mess and a lot goes on and gets by all the time and the upper crew knows it stop showing favo

Management has runied this place nobody cares about the employees like they use to we don’t do quality star anymore like all the fun things that makes us work hard for is tooken away all we do is work work work no fun like it use to

When I started in 2018 it was the best cause we had ms phyliss jackson that didn’t play she was strictly about production and following the rules at all times she didn’t play but now it’s downhill everybody does what they wanna do at all times feels like a play ground now play and get paid tha

It started out wonderful but now the coordinators sorry some supervisors sorry no one cares about the people all they care about is these ice machines barely care about safety until some one gets hurt then its all about safety in the work place

My coworkers to really be honest

Pay the hard working employess what they deserve

Communication more of anything and stop showing favoritism to certain employees

We try our best to become a family and get the job done

Getting there to make a check and pay these bills and my department

We need our fridays off like we were all told by going on 10hours

My team we try to stick together for one another try but management is horrible around us

Nothing really since they took away all the Christmas holidays and we don’t get bonus like we

I feel like all brazers are getting paid to low that’s like welding and welding pays more just to do

We all get along and try to make end meets with production and asked as we are told to do something

Some work hard and some dont some watch others work hard and some stand around slow poke and get paid free money

Communication and the employees on the floor stop all the favoritism and make this place a better place and give us back our manufacturing days

Having fridays off and would love to get rid of the 10hours its a waste of time after lunch everybody slows down because they are burnt out trying to make production

I really can’t say at this moment because it’s starts with your supervisors first and right now all I see is a play house to make easy money like nobody takes this place

Take there time to train no one takes time to train they show you one time and then leave you all alone to handle the rest no one cares until someone is hurt

We have some people that comes to work faithfully everyday and work and we have some that comes when they get ready and still don’t work but getting paid to do nothing the only way this production floor gone get bett

As for me I work hard I’m a true team player when I don’t have nothing to do I walks around my department and help each and every one of my co workers and the reason is because I care about my work place and co workers do I get the same trea

I want to be paid as I should this is a million dollar company and raises are important to us all and the bonuses we should be getting every December and June but that has been taken from us all like things need to go back how they been cause the changes are hurting a lot of us out here
