After doing some research, I am certain that other companies pay $10-20,000 more than what I am being compensated.
This department has done a complete turn around since I started. Everyone brings a unique spin to our group, and it truly is one of the reasons I am still here.
I think I work in a department that could accommodate a WFH balance for everyone. I understand the idea of having proper coverage, but if as a department we worked to have people cross trained we could be in better position. We have basically no cross training as of now.
