I love salesforce, the decision to join the company. However, the self portal model needs to be updated to increase employee engagement and learning.

My direct team is not aligned and not clear on function of each persons role/responsibility based thus we are "all over the place".

I feel undervalued based on disconnect with direct manager, inclusion and seat at the table with customers and internal teams. Ongoing change and acquisition has create silos and no ones in direct OU seem to understand Salesforce.
