My experience has been a roller coaster; while there have been some good moments, overall I have felt under valued and under appreciated for the impact I've had. I am actively looking and would not recommend Smartsheet unless significant changes are made.

There is a rampant lack of accountability, and those who put forth the most work are overlooked in favor of those who are more popular. We also have a relatively homogenous workforce which places those of us in minority groups at a significant disadvantage.

Reiterating a previous response, the environment has become toxic and egos are rewarded. The 20% of us who do 80% of the work are overlooked and our contributions are downplayed because we are often not the loudest voices in the room. Favoritism and time in seat are valued more than impact.
