It's been two+ years, I've never for a second regretted joining Smartsheet. I'm respected, supported, compensated, challenged, and given growth opportunities. I like the sincerity of leaders above me (leaders not managers). I've learned so much in two years it's almost overwhelming but I love it!

From top down. the goals that are important to exec level are filtered down to front line employees to help us understand how what we do contributes to the overall company goals.

We are compensated with a good base, healthy bonus, RSU's which allows us to either retain or liquidate which gives us a nice "income". I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the 401k match.

We've got consistent, clear communications from our leadership from top down. We hear from our ceo internally via video often (great). Our immediate leadership (mgr/dir) stay in contact and encourage all-day meetings for people to stay connected.

Our CTO is accessible and expressed an expectation that we should feel comfortable in engaging experts when reasonable and necessary. He conducts a bi-weekly meeting and leaves time for open Q&A and/or engages personally with the front line team.
