The organization has become increasingly siloed and bureaucratic to the point where it's a constant struggle to get things done. If pay and/or benefits were above and beyond what every other company offers, it might be worth it, but they don't.

The senior leadership team is extremely dusconnected from the needs of employees and customers. This is not growing pains, but a years long trend of increasingly bad decisions. We clearly do not have a capable leader at the helm.

At this point, i dont see things turning around. They've burned too many key customers that cant be replaced because the technology is lagging behind competitors. They've also eliminated too many key people with the skills and knowledge to fix things.

Eliminated RSUs when we went private and did not make salary adjustments. This reduced the pay of most employees by 10's of thousands of dollars. They also increased the costs for all healthcare plans, which are not very good. Deductables are high and you need prior auths for many routine things.
