No office drama that I am aware of. Genuine interest in customers and how we support their healthcare missions.

They show their genuine selves--interests, hobbies, etc. like any other colleague you work with. That "work with" is EXACTLY what makes them great leaders.

Permissive PTO means not counting days and 1/2 days all year to keep track of not running out and also having roll over hours. Absolutely brilliant.

Permissive PTO means no calculating carryover hours, using it or losing it, etc. Most importantly, there is no massive gap in staff at the end of the year.

Effort. There is a lot of effort put in to make sure integrations/acquisitions go well. Not a "takeover" mentality but one of "you fill one of our weak spots" now let's do this.

Young (to me) leadership in key areas such as education, HR, and similar. They drive culture naturally--unlike some years back when HR departments tried to force culture into gaps here and there. This is genuine from where I am sitting.
