Right now this organization is growing and experiencing growing pains. We're in between a smaller, get it done type of company and a large corporation where you're a cog in the wheel and process slows everything down.
Helping others grow, learn, and contribute.
I like the permissive PTO and options for disability.
They are open and as transparent as they can be.
Being able to help others do their jobs and learn and grow.
Everyone wants to help! They're always willing to jump in and do what it takes.
Real and open. Focused on moving forward, not looking back and playing the blame game.
There's a lot of optimism and belief that what we're doing is making a difference in healthcare.
I like that they share what's going on and are open to feedback. They often explain why they make certain decisions.
They listen and do their best to solve problems and do their jobs. Plus now we're getting better at socializing and getting to know each other now that remote working is permanent.
I'm not dissatisfied. But I think they could be even better. We still pay a good chunk for health benefits. If I were to consider leaving, I would have a tougher decision if the health benefits were fully or nearly fully covered.
