They really need to keep up more with inflation and our benefits are rather costly for what you get.
The fact that we are 100% remote now and I have the freedom to move anywhere if I choose.
We enjoy working together and spending time together - we care about each other and we work hard and then play hard when the dust settles.
There was a long time under GE where we weren't getting much for raises, and we were stagnant for a bit prior to symplr. I am hopeful that under symplr this will improve and be able to keep us on track for people of our skills and experience in the industry.
