I am working for 11.5 years in this company and I am really proud to be part of this org. The culture is really great among the country but there are lot of negatives like less tours, gifts, team building, in person/classroom learning sessions and need more infrastructure developments
I am really happy to work in Elsevier and I am proud to be part of the family. I admire the company when I joined and felt like flying with the additional perks provided. Recently the perks were drastically reduced and feel raunchy not having the gifts, lunches/parties, tour and more are missing now
I am working for 13+ years in Elsevier and I am happy that the employee count has increased a lot. This means the company has grown but the facilities/attractive benefits have reduced a lot and that parts are worrying for me. When comparing to other orgs like Amazon, Verizon , etc - I feel a bit low
The company's culture is great and each employee is treated with fairness in respect. There is no partiality with men and women. The pay range in my country seems to be lesser than our competitors, if that is increased, Elsevier is the best place to work
The bonus paid at every year end
Transparent and strict HR team and policies
I could not define at the moment
Rightly picking talents inside the elsevier
They are doing good for now
Flexible timing and no dress code
interacting with people atleast for something
The culture and seeing my friends
Considering feedback from each individual
Diversified team and works globally
Flexible or hybrid work policy
Valuable rewards and competitive compensation
They all are highly qualified and understand the business very well
Flexible work timings and working from remote option are the best
There is no dress code and the working from home option
They are diversified around the globe and still feel as a team
They are located around the globe and carry a variety background in education
Timely updates and lot of sessions to keep us informed on the divisional and department actions
The higher amount of Basic salary, which indeed makes me to contribute more towards the Provident Fund savings
The positive culture is the freedom to choose and about the environment, the workplace has a good mood with less restrictions
Everybody are treated equally and the work environment at office is lively and that is the only positive i feel about it
Perks and benefits are highly reduced over the past years. The company or the site looks to keen to reduce its costs.
I hear that our competitive companies are paying higher than us. With the perks, the benefits of my company are very lesser with the competitors and with the top known MNC in the city
I could see there is a very small margin of compensation difference between the job levels. Since the difference is very lesser, the competitors are already ahead. I have considered the competitors who are globally in publishing
