I am a relatively new hire to Elsevier. My onboarding experience (team-based and company-based) was more thorough and thoughtful than any other onboarding I've experienced, even in being a new HBE. I know every day that my work is meaningful and that I am valued as a person and an employee.

My team works incredibly well together. We are a supportive group that recognizes individual achievements as well as team wins. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and each team member is encouraged to contribute.

I genuinely feel that my work is positively impacting patient care and allows me to grow as a professional while also affording me a lifestyle I could have only dreamed of a short time ago.
