Great workstations provided with comfortable chairs. We are taken care of right from travelling to/fro office everyday, weekly fruit salad and healthy snack is provided for employees, discounted rates on food orders from specific restaurants in food count, no micro management is practiced here.

Elsevier has very good work culture. They conduct competitions and fun activities during occasions. There are games in the cafeteria to indulge in when we take our breaks. They believe in Inclusion and diversity work culture. Meditation, fitness workouts, free courses to learn, fruit salad are plus.

The work environment at Elsevier is world class with height adjustable workstation, comfortable chair, dual led monitors and a great workplace to be in. Work culture is best. Elsevier does not practice micro-management and every body is respected no matter what the hierarchy. You are always heard.

My leadership team is very open minded to first listen to any query, suggestion I come up with. They are understanding and are always working towards having finding solutions to better our jobs and issues if any. They are very positive and have no bias in hierarchy when interacting with us.

Micromanagement and being biased is not tolerated in my company. This gives a lot of room for respect among fellow employees. All employees are groomed to know the importance of POSH and what the outcomes are if ignored. The sense of feeling safe, inclusive and heard is what Elsevier is all about.
