
The choices that we're given
It's very relaxed which is ok except for the goofing off of some team leads.
They need to do the job that the management thinks they are doing. Management never checks behind anyone.
The quality of work needs to be improved. Instead of concentrating on numbers, get it right. from the start. we spend so much time fixing things.
Acting more like they care about the company image. Sometimes the way product is sent to our customers is a joke. It can be damaged and they still send it out. Example is this last Georgia Bulldogs Hot Market.
