I see a lot of potential at Fanatics if management would try it our way. They can tell us what they want done and the expectations but let us say how we're gonna set it up to get this accomplished. Let team leads discuss who's doing what then go to there department and say who's doing what.
They have started pitching in on work
helping people and solving problems
They look busy when you see them for the most part
Riley brings a positive, lively vibe, HR is awesome. I like the fun healthy things Fanatics is doing like the wellness challenge and baseball.
Stop complaining about everything and start finding a solution. Leave their nasty attitudes at home and do their work instead of hiding behind the team lead who covers for them.
I feel there's a gap between leaders and regular employees. I feel I'm treated more like a robot. Told to do it but I don't deserve to understand because I'm just a simple associate.
It's a mindset. Think positive, see positive, be positive. Don't let anyone change your mindset. If negativity comes, spin it. Find the good in it. It's hot and more people may feel frustrated but we still have to find something good in it
The way I look at my job probably seems crazy to some but i come in here with a sleuth mentality, trying to solve all the problems. I even look at people as a task like how can I help them or make their day brighter
For the most part, they care about the work as long as they are included. Some are satisfied with being a water boy but those who hustle recognize them. Involve them more. We can have a great team if you play them right and not according to them being your friend(s)
I don't think anybody understands the depth of what we do. We get paid the same as a receiver but our job requires way more than what a receiver, picker, PTL, shipping and put away does. The cherry on top is we never even get a shout out for what we do.
