Lack of job description, lack of review process, no feed back

Some of the team truly care to make this a great place Some of the team have skills to make this a great place
Get rid of the mean people Get rid of the people that do not own their work or accept responsiblity for their part of the process
Communicate with each other and x-functionally. The leaders need to learn to communicate and understand how the company works at a lower functioning level. There are so many new leaders that really do not know how processes and systems work x-functionally.
