I think compensation should be based on your tenure and attendance and merits achieved while performing your job. There should be tier levels! There should be tiers ie: Analyst I Analyst level II Analyst level III Senior Analyst III

I do a lot of things that have enhanced functionality and reliability and the efficiency for our agents and have not been fairly compensated i have also ran our department of desktop support techs smoothly and efficiently when a leadership change occurred and i was asked to lead the team. i
