Overall very positive. Like any company, there are moments of frustration here and there, but on the whole, I thoroughly enjoy working here. I have been here for 3.5 years now, which is unusual in the tech culture.

I adore my team. We work across lanes mostly, but honestly we have some of the best people in the industry, and I truly feel like these employees are enjoying their work.

I had to negotiate for it, but I do feel like I am fairly paid for my role. I feel however that there are many people at HealthStream that might not be paid as fairly.

HealthStream is an innovative company that truly supports personal growth in every sense of the word. If you as Jr employee find a gap, you have every bit of support from leadership to fill the gap. As a manager myself, I feel like this is the best place to not only grow but help grow employees
