Leadership is engaged with company success and employee success and well-being, however, work hours can run long sometimes as we support hospitals that demand solutions quickly. Leadership is focused on results, but sometimes to a fault.
It's a friendly culture and people look to help others when they have time available. Feeling a part of a team where others are willing to help is the most reassuring feeling that a large, high pressure task isn't on my plate alone.
