Benefits are good but could be better . Work is not bad it can be boring when we don't have parts and there not too much to do.

I really like working at Hoshizaki but it will be awesome if the Brazers program was more organized and kept track

Honestly I feel overworked. We have to show up on Fridays for mandatory overtime and sometimes we run out of parts and we get sent home early when it could have been a day off. I call that poor planning. Not even the awesome benefits make people stay. New faces come and go all the time, it's sad.

Hoshizaki it's a very generous company, but they have to train better their supervisors to treat people with empathy and respect regardless of race. The brazing program could be way better if we had a clear path to how advance levels, but as of right now is blurry and the only one that knows is Nick

Other companies are paying better and some of the benefits at Hoshizaki are just temporary

My team is very toxic . There is just a few really nice people there .

My coworkers, having a good team and working with nice people makes the day go by faster

That we all know that our goal is to get the product out . I do believe there is a good team work

Personally is child care . It is a huge help with child care costing so much money. The health insurance is really good , and the incentive is awesome too.

I appreciate that our health insurance is affordable and is actually good. The child reimbursement is a well appreciated considerate perk and summer incentive bonus is a good way to promote assistance.

Since we work together every day we learn what is the easiest more efficient way to work as a team. We get along and have a good time while getting produccion and numbers done .

Set a realistic goal. The goals are not consistent. Sometimes is higher and expected with same amount of people working the line. Rushing compromises quality . Working in a fast but comfortable pase would be ideal to improve quality and avoid overworking employees.

Friday after 1pm when I finally, after a long week of hard work can get to have a little bit of time for myself and my family since I barely have time to do that during the long working hours of the week.

In the am50 line specifically things have change a lot with the new supervisor. He has preferences towards certain people and has issues communicating with the non English speakers which is understandable. Instead of getting someone to make sure they understand sometimes he just disregards them.

I don't believe is fair that people that has been with the company for longer are making less money than the new hires. I understand the company wants to attract workers with a good pay but keeping insiders happy so they won't leave is important too .

Lately there is been a lot of tension between coworkers. The work environment feels hostile. Rotations ( moved to a different area) has put people that hardly get along to work together and there is been issues. I think better communication to solve issues would improve the work environment.

Better communication from supervisors and coordinators. Sometimes we don't even know what is going on in our own line and it creates confusion. Very important STOP BURNING us out. We are tired of working 48 hrs a week with just one Friday off a month. Unhappy tired people is not going to give 100%
