Frustrated with some of the decisions being made. Hoshizaki used to feel like more of a family atmosphere but it is now more impersonal which has led to not feeling valued as an employee.

Raises are not even keeping up with inflation. Hard work and dedication are not always rewarded. Being in the 'inner circle' of certain leaders seems to be the way to get ahead.

It seems like basic understanding of manufacturing principles is lacking resulting in lost operating profit. Scheduling assembly lines above capacity resulting in production schedules being behind by thousands of machines is an inefficient way to run the factory resulting in a 'chaotic' environment.

Walk through the warehouse and you will see how out of control our factory is. How can we have so much raw material inventory and yet still shut lines down because of no parts? Something is very wrong, and we are wasting a lot of money.
