It's been amazing the last handful of years. We are definitely at a transitional stage which will provide new challenges but I am extremely optimistic that once we navigate these muddy waters we will be on a good path. If compensation improves that will also help through these difficult times

I love their ability to connect with everyone on a personal/human level while motivating all of us in our company goal. They make sure to know sure there is a lot of focus and care in our mental health too.

Our compensation does not reflect market rates in our roles. It is also making it difficult to acquire strong new talent as well without RSUs factored into the compensation now. We are not competitive and now we are losing top talent due to lack of compensation and difficult selling environments.
