RSU units. I felt the compensation was fair, but also an excellent recruiting incentive. This and fully paid base level health insurance put Smartsheet at the top of my list!

Organization. Yes growing rapidly and chaos ensues from this, but at the same time, the level of organization, and available resources (largely powered by the Smartsheet application) is very impressive. I have also been impressed by my manager's interest in my wellbeing.

In a growing sea of employees it can be difficult to make an impact on everyone. I was very impressed by Michael Hubbard realizing we hadn't met from across the room and making his way over to introduce himself! Other leaders were doing this as well.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Knowing no question is a dumb one and having a team/manager that fully supports and advocates for this. TAMs are intended to be subject matter experts. Being new, this means asking a lot of questions to upskill quickly, and you need a team to be supportive of that. I see this happen everyday.

As a previously solo TAM, what a pleasure it is to join a larger team of TAM's, only to find out how like minded the team is. There is truly a unique personality type that is attracted to a role like this. TAM's rise up to all occasions and I have seen nothing but from this team so far.
