Before USM- I was extremely proud to work here, customers loved us, I was building important and interesting things. Now I feel like a number, I'm only here to make the company money and it feels greedy. The changes have killed my creative drive to make the company proud and increase revenue..

Our benefits have eroded since I started here. We used to have healthcare covered, now we don't. Lyra was much better than Modern Health. We no longer get RSUs, a significant portion of compensation, and I don't think we will get raises to offset that loss.

USM has been a nightmare for my role. Directly (customers are furious) and indirectly via the negativity internally. I spend a lot of my day answering questions leadership has no direction on and playing damage control instead of growing our business. I've completely lost confidence in the direction
