Within my team it's a positive culture as long as things are going well. when things are not going well (arr for the month or quarter is low), then it turns to doom and gloom quickly
Better planning before rolling out new initiatives, USM was executed very poorly causing customer dissatisfaction that the front lines have to deal with. even if it was executed properly, 15% price increases on large long term customers is mostly unheard of
