The company is good about Transparency.
Knowing that the job that I do is important to Patient Safety.
We work together and support each other. The effort is collaborative and we can ask each other questions as necessary.
At the end of the day I hope to feel that I not only accomplished some work but improved the value of what I do for our customers.
Some of our benefits are completely covered by the company and are offered at no cost to us. There are also some benefits that I have not seen other companies offer.
Our team pulls together when there is a project that desperately needs to be completed promptly. We help each other with understanding the intricacies of our work and unusual things we find as everyone has a different background and varied experience.
We are encouraged to lean in and learn about the other teams in our company. We are encouraged to learn new skills that will not only help us do our current job but allows us to move to a better opportunity within the company.
The Executive Leadership Team is very organized and knowledgable about their specific domains. While I may not completely understand the jargon or the specifics of each part, they are trying very hard to betransparent about where we are headed and how we are going to get there.
The Leadership Team spends a lot of time making sure that we have all we need to be successful as well as informed about what the company is doing and why. We feel as if our contributions are significant to the success of the company and we are rewarded in numerous ways for our hard work.
