
I have been with ADP for 14 years. I have moved career roles, obtained certifications, and mentored coworkers. Some of those coworkers have gone on to become managers. I am nearing retirement age, my role is still needed for now. When i retire, my role will not be filled. I am at the ceiling.

Being able to buy stock, medical insurance, coverage, a possible WIN as ONE bonus; working 3 days in office per week -- super loving that one --- vacation time great, FLOAT week, perfect perfect and also sick time!!!
I think in - team recognition may help; there is NPS and TNPS -- but what about coworkers fully utilizing mymoments? some of my team members have NEVER used that, some going on 3 years with ADP. Clear expectations for backing each other up, and not dodging cases and then transfering cases
