The day I walked through the doors on day one I knew this was going to be the last place I would ever work and eventually retire from. That hasn't changed.

I can't say enough good things. Whether I'm posting while im the Ambassador program, or talki g with friends, I love it so much they think I've joined a cult it sounds too good to be true. Lol

From the day I walked into this company to hitting my first year I've said "I am going to retire from this company." That should shed some light on my overall experience. ;)

Everyone on the team has been extremely suportive and it seems like they genuinely care about what they are doing.

Same support as leaders and just overall a fun and energetic group. There's solidarity in the team and the vision.

Culture is great but I'm thriving. Sales are good, trajectory to leadership is solid, and so many opportunties to keep improving!

The low max out of pocket, 401k match, and I wish I worked at ADP when we went through IVF for both pur cheldren.

Workng woth small businesses. Getting to know their world and sjow them how we will play a role in the growth of their company.

The future potential to geow into the position I want as a C-level exec and the fact that I plan to retire from this company.

It's so good we chose to put my entire family on the plan and my wofe has some pretty stellar benefits. It was a no brainer.

There were some things I couldnt take advantage of because I started after I could but the Paternity leave and IVF reimbursement was pretty awesome to see.

You can do literally ANYTHING you want to grow in your career pr as a person. They WANT you to enjoy your time at the office while working.

I've felt supported and challenged from the very beginning and we have been goven every resource u der the sun to be successful. This is top down and rhey show it every day!
