
when this branch was opened the culture was different. People would great each other. Now with the newer groups they barely look up their monitor. I enjoy working with my team on my application and my direct manager. grateful for hybrid opportunity

I have been part of different teams and it is surprising the see the different dynamics. Some teams do truly care for the success of their team members and take the time to teach with out making them feel dumb. Other teams it is the opposite. They are bothered when team members asks them questions
