Being able to learn new things! When I learn professionally, I feel like it's always something I can use or reference in my personal life as well.
While new, my team has included me in activities around the office, even while I'm in training. That has made me feel especially welcomed, even if not everyone knows my name.
Compensation is always something that will be talked about. I am entry level, so I am unsure of how annual raises/bonuses work here. Unfortunately, the costs of living has skyrocketed, so having the company assist with grocery costs would even help- especially for families.
