Communication, recognizing the work and paying for what they deserve
Given scope of my work and the impact Ive delivered, I believe there's an opportunity to better align my compensation with my contributions
There is room to improve transparency in decision make and better recognize employee contributions. More consistent communication and clearer growth paths would help improve overall culture
At times there is gap between effort and recognition and some workflows feel overlay complex. Streamlining processes and ensuring contributions are consistently acknowledged wold improve both morale and productivity
