The culture has changed significantly with the MANTL acquisition. I used to talk to everyone on the sales team, and now I only talk with my pod. I have no interaction with leadership, no prospect for promotion, and we are losing great talent. Things are not good.

We RIF's a bunch of people and didn't refill the roles, so my workload has increased with no material pay increase. Competitors are offering 10-20% more in OTE
