Destination Pet: The change from Cornerstone to Gingr has been frustrating. A lot of changes (pricing and packages) seem to be implemented last minute which makes client interactions difficult. There is also a lack of systemized employee training which makes onboarding new employees difficult.
GoodLeap: the last almost 5 years here have been fantastic.
NWN: I enjoy working here a lot.
Destination Pet: Overall I love my grooming team. We are booked out for months. We have a large loyal client base. I feel our kennel is subpar and needs a serious overhaul. The way the kennel is run makes me uncomfortable. So much so that I won't bring my own dogs there.
Proofpoint: Came out of a very negative work experience, from the job interview onward this one has been pretty much nothing but positive (and not just compared with the last place). Hoping to be here for a good long while.

First Merchants: Throughout my career there has been a lot of changes. But the day to day systems are still the same. We have not done any sort of upgrade to the systems to advance to keep us current. We have merged with other banks who had better systems. Also DMI transition has been a nightmare for the front line.
Esurance: I filed a claim for an auto accident on 7/24/2023. Received their acknowledgement letter dated 7/26/23. That has been the only and last communication from them. It is now 8/16/23. They have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. It is disgusting service. I do not recommend them at all.

First Merchants: Customers are rude as hell and we are just told to kiss their butts. I have been yelled at, screamed at, cussed, been called every name but a white woman. We get paid hardly anything, not cost of living raise.

I have been entrusted with tasks and projects that have been challenging but fulfilling and allowed me to advance in my skillset. They team I work with is incredibly collaborative, helpful, kind, gracious, and encouraging.

I love the experience I have here, my only feedback would be that it's hard to come in office twice a week because of the distance when riding public transportation. Johns Incredible Pizza Company: Everyone ther is lazy. All the games were aleays broken and the company would not fix them properly. Our lives were litterly in the line at the Carson Location in CA, because there were multiole fights and even the employees got jumped. The company did not hire security for our own protection.

Attrition is one of our big issues due to money not being allocated to help with recovery. We need alignment on speed vs scope vs quality for the team.
