PODS: Great teams and my peers seem to truly want to see our projects and work be successful. I think the 4/1 hybrid work environment could be a little more flexible and the PTO policy should be reconsidered to be more competitive to other leading employers in the Tampa Bay market.
Alexander Mann Solutions: Laid off because I don't live near an AMS office. Was continually frustrated with leadership blaming others for the decisions they were making. Worst work experience I have ever had.

However, upper management is severely lacking. If you do not hold a position of power, you are regarded as lesser to those at the corporate level.

Toast: Management is too busy to actually manage. Very little career growth opportunities -- internal jobs always seem to have a "planned" hire but they go through the motions anyway. Nearly impossible to get out of care.
Oak Street Health: Overall it has been a good experience
Gray Television: I think Gray is a good company, but like every business, they have their "problem child" stations. Sadly, that ruins it for the company. KKTV is one of those stations. Many of the managers feel line they are in constsant fear of losing their jobs, which filters down to the employees.

Blaze Pizza: Extremely lazy high management (like gm and assist gm) that forces workers who are sick or throwing up to work around food. High Management loves to be on their phone all day instead of helping and working. Talks about quitting all the time instead of doing their job.

Press Ganey Associates: Dumpster fire. I hate it here. Plan to leave as soon as I can. Management doesn't care about us. They are Private Equity owned and are looking to milk the company out of every dime they can until it's sold. No raises. No 401k. Lots of people getting fired. Awful experience.
