Jimmy John's: Being a Latin employee is a disadvantage, co-workers cheat on your tips. Hostility until the time you are push to resign. If you don't resign, assistant managers would make your life miserable including cleaning toilets full of human feces.

Personally, i advise high achievers to get all the experience they can and then leave the org if they honestly want to grow to next level.
