Very approachable and grounded. They understand the work we do. They genuinely care about me as a person.

SWCA embraces four core values that I strongly identify with and I see them reflected by nearly everyone I work with.

Our ESOP is a huge benefit. I love feeling ownership in what we are doing and watching us grow each year. It is a fantastic retirement benefit.

We help each other. "OneSWCA" is a core value in our culture and we live it. We don't compete with each other. We want to be successful together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESOP is a huge benefit. In just a few years, I already have a substantial nest egg that I didn't contribute any cash to. My contribution? I worked hard and took care of our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The senior leadership team is invested in making the company better and in providing space for staff to grow. They have recently tackled some pretty difficult issues and have invested significant time, energy, and money into improving the workplace for all of us.
