As a long time employee I really like the ESOP contribution each year.

They are invested in the success of the company as a whole and in people as individuals.

The biggest thing I love about this job is working to solve problems with so many people I respect and like.

I like the transparency of priorities and challenges that the leadership team is tackling and often feel like my idea are part of the solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Similar to my previous answer about the team, the community and support I feel with my colleagues and genuine interest in success for individuals and the group makes this job pretty great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My favorite thing about my job (not just my team) is working with the people I get to work with. They are smart, invested, engaged and solution oriented and it genuinely feels like a team effort.
