
My first year in the company is okay however now im on my second year, i dont know anymore.
They want us to achieve our goals.
Better compensation and improvement on the disputes on pay.
I think the best part is the HMO and incentives.
We get along well and they are like an extended fmaily.
The past couple of weeks im not happy at work due to this recurring disputes.
Seeing my co-workers, the benefits provided by the company, the incentives that we receive everytime we become top performers.
Lots of disputes on my pay! leave credits are not clearly stated where we will base on how much credit is left.
They always encourage us whenever we feel like were losing our drive to continue with the job and they also acknowledge us whenever we achieve something.
We want each of us to be part of the top performers and for that to happen we always help each other on the parts that some of our mates has a difficulty with.
I highly suggest that they should look at the reccuring disputes on our pay. Improve the apps they use for tracking down our well deserved leave credits because to be honest disputes realy do affects us and not hearing anything form the management unless we speak out about it, total disappointment.
