The only notable downside is that the company does seem to have a reputation for frequent firings and layoffs.
Malwarebytes: My issue is not with the product but the support when the product fails. Since everything is done online and there is no live support option, it doesn't work for anyone who wants to use their computer for business. Time for me to switch.

Integral Ad Science: Prior to sale rumors, I was happy and proud to work at IAS. A sale seems like a failure of the company that will result in layoffs and decrease in compensation (loss of unvested options)
