Crusoe: I joined in December of last year and was disappointed that some things changed a few months after I started. For example, the in-office policy was three times a week, and now it's four times a week, while annual bonuses have been canceled. Besides that, the transition was smooth.
Alkami Technology: It has been great. I'm challenged, and year after year, I'm learning new things. I am given the opportunity to learn new technologies as well. And when most companies, especially publicly traded ones, could have let more or all of us go, they find ways to retain us and invest more into us.
