However, I feel like we build to client specific use cases too much instead of focusing on how we can better compete in market. I think there needs to be a better balance between them.

Lack of vision and roadmaps, especially around how to better compete in the market and put the stock on the upward trajectory.

iRobot: Customer service is non existent. I have been transferred to upper level agents who ask for the same photos already sent. There is a huge delay in response from them, and when they respond they are unable to help. The quality of their projects is unexpectedly low and the support offered is lower

Smith: Overall, I it has been a good experience. Smith has experienced rapid growth and has shared some of it with its employees in a way that has been remarkably generous. Time will tell if this same generosity grows or dwindles as the company grows and changes. The temptation of profit is ever present.

Genesis10: I enjoy working here. I think there's definitely some areas for improvement, but I think those are case by case situations instead of generalizations. I don't think I would leave this company because of the effort they've put into me.
